Wanted: Writers and Contributors to IPEye!
First of all, a very Happy New Year (if we wish you in the last week of January it still counts, right?) to all of our friends and followers, and thank you so very much for supporting, encouraging, commenting and tweeting us over the last six months.
Since its birth in July 2012, IPEye has come a long way, and has begun to establish itself as unique in the intellectual property (IP) blogosphere: we don’t just cover IP issues in the developing world, but seek to bridge the gap between the perceptions and ground realities of technological development and innovation in emerging nations.
And, we’d like to expand on this idea: that the voices of the developing world deserve a platform to be heard, especially when it comes to contributing to the progress of their own communities, cultures and countries. We are currently seeking writers, storytellers or just anyone with an opinion on the impact of science, technology and the Internet on their lives. No prior writing experience is necessary, just an enthusiasm for all things intellectual property and technology-related.
